Another Update for AsianPay

AsianPay is not quite ready for the E-Currency exchange service yet, it wants to make sure fee is low as compared to other exchangers. It wants to make sure all members get a good deal of its service, and making sure a proper channel to verify members and merchants. See my review of AsianPay for making money. We know: we announced the opening of these services for Monday 10th, then we had to delay the opening of these services to today Thursday, October 13th, 2005. Today we have to delay again but we want to clearly explain the reason.

There are already many exchange services on internet, most of them quite expensive. We believe that the most interesting part of this services is to allow our members to Buy or Sell INTGold, Egold and more e-currencies in the future for a reasonable low fee.

Our services should not be of interest if we are going to charge the 14% or 15% on Credit card purchases of e-currencies value like most of h services already offered on Internet.

We are dealing with some trustable and reliable Companies trying to get the better deal for all our members. Our goal is to offer Credit card purchase of e-currencies for a Global Fee to be the lowest ever offered.

We will keep you informed from this email news service. We really hope to be able to confirm the opening of these services in just a few days.

Certification and Verification
We offer now 2 different certified levels.

Verified Accounts: are for members that want to have fully access to AsianPay services but can not or don\'t want to register a Credit Card. To become verified you have to click on the \"Certify Account\" link and then choose from the scroll down box \"Without Credit Card\". Follow the easy step, and follow the instruction you\'ll receive in the confirmation email.
Once the verification process is completed you\'ll have full access to asianpay Payments features. However some limits apply to verified members:

1. They have a US$ 2,500 monthly withdraw limit
2. They have a 7 days delay in processing manual withdraw to their Bank Account.

Certified Accounts: Are for members that want to register their Credit Card for future use.
The process is exactly as before but now we request you to accept a small charge on your Credit card for certification purpose ( US$ 4.95).
This amount will be credited to your AsianPay balance as soon as you\'ll complete the certification process by verifying the PIN code sent to you by post.

It is important to understand that to register your Credit card, or your bank account, is not enough to complete the certification or verification process. After registering these information, you receive an email that includes further instructions on how to complete the process. it is important that you follow these instructions to receive our letter with the PIN Code that you need to complete the process.

We delete weekly any Credit Card or Bank Account registration that is not followed by the rest of the process. This means that you will need to start the process again.

VERY IMPORTANT: For all the members that registered after clicking on an AsianPay\'s merchant Button and have paid the merchant with their Credit Card. This is considered like a certification process an they have to complete the steps ending the required documents within 24 hours. Due to our policy and to our strong buyer and seller protection, we will refund all the Credit Card Transactions generated from a new registration after clicking a Merchant Buy Button if the certification process will not be completed in the first 24 hours. This is part of our system protection against chargebacks.
