Very Strict Requirements from WiredSurf

WiredSurf, this is the first program auto-surf program which requires users to perform many tasks. I don't like the sound of it. I believe it should be up to the user if they want to join the forum, as well as the user if you want to vote for the auto-surfer. Putting too many restrictions will only bring the program down faster. If you are a member, it maybe wise to join their forum to get your payout faster. See news:
If you want to ensure that Wired Surf remains one of the most solid programs online and you wish to protect your upgrades and continue to earn with us, you must put the effort into helping us grow.

It is our job to pay you, it is also our job to provide support and updates. We have done our best to give you quality customer support and prompt responses. We are also working over 12 hours a day to recover our site and pay all members who are pending.

What are you doing to help?

Less than 5% of our members have forum accounts. This means that a large majority are missing out on:

- Constant updates and ongoing communication.

- Contests and prizes available to forum members only.

- The opportunity to meet our staff and get to know us on a more personal level.

If you haven't created a forum account with us, and are an active Wired Surf member, what's your excuse?

It takes a few minutes and provides us with the ability to serve you better. If you want to be in the loop at all times, and you want to know what is going on with us from day to day, it is the only way we can guarantee with absolute certainty that you will.

Did you know that while we follow batch lists to make payments, we are more likely to bump a payment ahead for a forum member?

Does this seem unfair? Well, not really. By being active on our boards we see that you are making an effort to be part of our community, and since being an active forum member makes our job easier and creates less tickets to go through because you are updating yourself through our forums, we feel that you deserve to be given a bit of extra attention.

Don't be left out, our forum is an exceptionally beneficial way for you to improve your experience with us.

On top of the small averages of people creating forum accounts comes another staggering fact. Less than 25% of members read our updates!

That means that if you are reading this, you are among a small number of people who actually take the time to stay up to date as to what is going on with our program and your money. So, in light of that, thank you! You just made our job easier.

It's simply amazing that so few people make the effort to keep themselves informed and instead would rather email us complaining about things that have already been explained and covered through emails or via our forum (where our staff are present every single day including weekends!)

Please help us utilize our time and continue to provide you with the best support in this industry by doing your part to take advantage of the channels we provide, including our forum and mass-emails. They are the connection to keeping you educated and updated about our progress.

Here's yet another disturbing statistic. Over 40% of our members have invalid or incorrect email addresses in their member profiles! This means that despite our attempts to send out mailings with useful information, only a very small number of people actually can receive them.

Help us spread the word by telling others to make the effort to communicate. Joining our forum is not only important and beneficial to you but it is a required step as outlined in our terms of service. In fact, members who do not create forum accounts and keep them active could lose their accounts because if you can't spend a few minutes on our boards a day, staying up to date and helping make our jobs easier, we don't feel that we should cater to those who create excessive work for us by
submitting ticket after ticket asking questions that have been addressed publicly on our boards.

We are at the point now where we need to see effort from our community, otherwise all of the effort we put into restoring our program is useless.

Once again, here is a breakdown of how you can help us .. help you.

1) Create a community board account and log in daily to review current news.

2) Do NOT submit tickets with inquiries if you were asked not to (as in payments that are pending). This is explained on our forum, so please log in and review these updates. Submitting tickets asking for pay isn't fair to the rest of our community. Everyone is in line to be paid, and those that continuously submit tickets asking for theirs will no longer be addressed.

3) Ensure your email is valid and check it every couple of days for updates from our team.

4) If you have been paid, post about it! It's easy for people to quickly post complaints but it seems like it's harder for them to post positive statements.

5) If you haven't been paid, be patient. We will NOT overlook you. We have thousands of members waiting, and we are working hours upon hours a day. Please be reasonable with your requests and understand every payment is done manually.

6) Relax! We are here, and we were here to stay. After getting through the obstacles that we have, there is nothing we can't get through.

I hope this email comes across as our plea for help, and not in any harsh or unfair way. We really are doing all of this for you because we want to see this program succeed, our community prosper and our members satisfied and reassured that we really are a solid network, and are very different from any other surf program out there.

I wish you all the best, and hope to get to you know a little better on the boards.

Sincerely,

Cameron
