News from AsianPay regarding Investors Corner:

Dear XXXX,

Someone is probably thinking to us and asking himself: why we have not suspended yet the new subscriptions feature like we said before?

For one very simple reason: because the growing of the business, in dispite of the Credit Card facility suspended not for our fault, has allowed us to keep the subcriptions opened.

This is why we have to thank you all for your confidence that we will continue to reward with our honesty and integrity.

All the members that are getting their share of profit regularly and constantly and all the members using our services and getting deposits and withdrawals always completed in a timely mannner deserve our respect and our most sincere thank you.

However an important part of Ther Investors Corner project is to keep the amount of money we allow to subscribers on level with our business needs. This because we share with you our business profit so your money in the system must generate always the correct profit.

This is why we have to officially announce:

1. We will not allow new subscribtions to any plan for 7 days starting from Tuesday, May 23rd at 11.00 PM Thailand time until Tuesday may 30th at 11.00 PM Thailand time.

2. During the above period only new subscriptions function will be disallowed. All the existing plans will continue accordingly to our rules crediting your share of profit everyday and paying back the principals of the expired plans directly in your Asianpay account.

3. Tuesday, May 23rd represents also the end of our pre-launch tests. The Investors Corner is now adult and we will enforce 2 rules that was not enforced until now:

- we will pay profits strictly on Business working days only (as explained in our Investors Agreement) with the exclusion not only of Saturday and Sunday, but also with the exclusion of National Holidays (until now we paid shares of profit also in any National Holiday Days that was not a Saturday or a Sunday). The list of the National Holidays to come is available in the second part of the Investors Corner main page, and every month we publish the monthly holidays in the News.

- At the reopening of the subscriptions on May 30th, only deposits by egold will be allowed. So the new process for the customers sending WIRES will be to deposit by wire, withdraw to their egold account and then open a subscription from there. The reason is very simple: we return to our Customers part of our profit so we have to generate this profit everyday. Egold deposits to open new subscriptions will continue to be FREE OF SHARGES.

Moreover, if you are looking to have more subscribtions capability, you should refer more emmebers, especially members looking for good egold exchange services because this is the service on which the Investors Corner results are based. More egold exchange business we will have, more profit will be available, more cash flow will be available, more subscriptions will be accepted.

We also would like to take this opportunity to remind:

1. The Investors Corner is not an HYIP. We do not trade in stock exchange or securities, we do not sell shares of any Company or securities, we do not invest money in any third party Company, nor in our parent Companies, nor in any Subsidiary Company. We did not do it in the past, we do not do it now, we will not do it in the future.

2. All the money subscribed from our members are strictly used in the business to generate profit and our assets always cover our liabilities.

The above are the reason whyw e can suspend to accept new subscriptions instead of having to continously get fresh money to pay interests.

3. Since The Investors Corner Opening, 5 weeks ago, we have paid US$ 22,819.347 in profits and we have paid back US$ 7,371.71 in principals when plans expired.

4. We never delayed the daily profit distribution, we never delayed the principals pay back when was the time and we have always processed any related withdrawal requests in a timely manner. After the next 5 weeks, the amounts will be different but our comments will be the same. After the next 5 moths...after the next 5 years..always the same.

One last update: more news on Credit Cards reopening will be sent to all our members at the beginnings of the next week.
