Investors Corner - First subscriptions near to expire.
Yes! In 2 or 3 days we will have the opporunity to start to return the prinicpals to our first investors crediting the money back to their AsianPay account. The system will run this part of the program automatically and money will be immediately available for any allowed use including withdrawals. Any member with an expired plan will receive an email confirmation when the principals are credited back.
The last 3 weeks have been a great success and we believe we are growing in our members confidence. Stay tuned because it is possible that in a couple of weeks we will have a stand by on accepting new subscribers. We are getting to the limit, as stated in our Investors Agreement, and we will not accept new subscriptions if the amount of money we have in the program goes over our standard turn over. As we have explained many times, this is not an HYIP, we do not need fresh money everyday to pay profits to the previous subscribers. Instead we need to not have here money that do not generate profit. If you were looking to participate in the Investors Corner the next 10 days are the right moment to enter this great opportunity. We plan to stand-by in accepting NEW subscribers around May 10th, for at least 2 weeks, until the return of principals and the continue growing of our business will open new rooms for new subscribers. Of course the existing subscriptions will continue to the expiration date without any changes. This is the clue of our program, and is the proof of its safety and legality and is also what will make it to last for life.
We want to spend some more words on this, even if we explained this point already. We had some member asking about the legality of this program. It is absolutely legal, of course if we do not cheat you, that means if we always return the principals. This program is not promoted, is not open to the public. It is reserved only to Asianpay members, we do not sell securities, we do not offer trading in forex or stock exchanges. The base of the program is: you loan money to us to build our needed turn over, we share our business profit with you in exchange and return the principal after the stablished time. It represents a private agreement between us and the subscribers, done in a private section and there is not a law against this. Of course, if we do not refund the principal, you can prosecute us for "Fraud" at the maximum extent of the law. And we know this very well. Be ensured that Carlo, our CEO, does not like this possibility.
Ok! It's a joke of course, but it is just to explain that we are extremely committed to honesty and integrity.

Toll Free Number In Thailand.
We are pleased to announce that a new Toll Free Number for Thailand Customers is active from today.

The number is: 1800 44 2000

In the beginning it will work from 8.30 AM Thailand Time to 7.00 PM Thailand time from Monday to Saturday and from 9.30 AM to 05.30 PM on Sunday.
We are working to increase the availability of this support tool in the very near future.

At the same time we have implemented a new telephone number for International Customers:

In the beginning, also this number, will work from 8.30 AM Thailand Time to 7.00 PM Thailand time (+7 hours on GMT) from Monday to Saturday and from 9.30 AM to 05.30 PM Thailand Time (+7 hours on GMT) on Sunday.

Account Inactivity.
This is an important issue, present in our User Agreement, but we had not enforced it until now.
It's now the time to do it.
As a part of our honest effort in running our Business, we prefer to not consider as active accounts the ones with a long inactivity history. Accordingly to the following clausole in our User Agreement and starting on May 1st, 2006 at Midnight Thailand Time, the system will automatically suspend all the account that match the situation described in the clausole we copy here below.
Our strong suggestion is to log into your account to avoid this suspension.

27. Inactive Accounts
If your AsianPay Payments account is inactive for a period of 180 days, the account is automatically closed for added security of your sensitive information. An account must be logged into at least 1 time within the 180 days to remain active. If your account falls into this inactive status and is closed, you may have the account reactivated by clicking the Contact Us link on the bottom of the page. Additionally, accounts that are created and never used (meaning no transaction history) for a period of 180 days will be closed as a means of additional protection of your private information.

Thailand ATM and Bank Deposits rules.
We have to remind, that due to the fluctuation of Currency Exchange values, we can not keep on hold deposit Transactions requested from Thailand Users by ATM or Bank deposit.
These deposits have to be provided the same day they are requested to match the offered exchange rate of the day.
We were not strictly applying this rule until now, but we have to enforce it. All the advised deposits, not provided in the same day will be deleted at Midnight everyday and the Member will have to repeat them the next day with the new exchange rate.
Also please, and this is important also for International Users providing WIRE transfers deposits, never forget to email us at certify@asianpay.com or to fax at the number +66.53.434652 copy of the slipt receipt for the deposit, or copy of the ordered WIRE receipt. This wilol help us in our accounting job and will avoid delay in crediting your accounts.

New layout for International WIRE deposits.
With the aim to provide better services and a easiest navigation, we have changed the web sites ection used to provide International WIRE deposit notices. When you complete the form you will be now prompted to print a one page only that includes all the information you need to provide the WIRE. You can simply bring that page to your bank and they will have already all the needed information.

Thailand Holidays in May
Here below the list of the days in which our office will reduce the activity and that represents also the list of Bank Closing Days during which will be impossible to provide transactions.
This in reference to our User Agreement definition of Business Working days.

May 1st: Full Holiday
May 5th: Full Holiday
May 12th: Full Holiday

During the above days some of our services like the Ticket Support system could experience some delay.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
