My Program Status

I invested all my own money into every one of these programs, no endorsement from any program.

My Favorite Highly Recommended Paying and Dependable Programs:

Sorcex, (ip: 193.138.231.234), hosted in Netherland. It is in the sport arbitrage business as a bookmaker. This could be a very lucretive business. Return varies from 0% to 3% per day. See my review. Joined April 14, 2006.

Risk Free Free Programs:
AsianPay - No earning yet. It is free to join. You can make money by building referrals. It is legitimate payment processor. It is in the starting phrase of what Paypal used to be, but it is gear toward the Asian countries, as well as countries around the world. Opportunity is great because it is in the early stage. See my reviews of AsianPay and its new service. You will see the potential of it.

Other Test Programs:
My private programs - My weekly program is paying to my e-gold.
E-TradeXchange (ip: 69.61.1.227) - I have joind in July. It is a very very slow payer. But it still pays. I would skip this one.
DadnDave (ip: 66.118.142.63) - Another auto-surfer pays 1% daily. Still waiting on payment.
privateopps, (ip: 209.249.221.43), many contracting plans, upto 1.4% daily, joined November 9 2005. Waiting,
fx-experts, (ip: 69.65.96.229). Variable rate of return. Started on March 21, 2006. See review.

Payment Processors - they are used to conduct e-currency transfer from your account to the program you wanted to invest in:
e-gold - this by far the biggest and used widely by almost 95% of the HYIPs.
IntGold - a lesser well-known, and it is getting less popular every day by many HYIPs.
Paypal - some HYIP and auto-surfer programs uses them.

Test Program Became Scams
Paxmix - (ip: 70.85.209.242). Problem accessing site since October 10 2005.

GCISurf, (ip: 216.180.224.170), no payment for 8 days since 15th of the month. Site is offline for good now. Perhaps this is one of the biggest hype scammers out there today. It hyped about trading on Forex, E-currentcy Exchanger, and multiple ventures. It took the money and ran away from us.
HitzPay - It is a goner.
FastMaket (ip: 216.195.37.106) - Problem with withdrawals. Gone for good.

Exekosurf (ip: 213.251.160.199)- disappeared
CG Financial (ip: 200.46.204.57)- Payment has delayed. DO NOT Invest in this yet until I got payment from them. I have requested on March 7, still no payment on March 16 yet. SCAM!

SolidInvestment Clarification:
Here is the quote from one my readers:
SI is aware of this already and has it listed in their "Scam Info" area on their website. This domain is NOT for sale. Here is the exact quote from SI:

Q. There is a website called http://www.buyselldomains.com/. Your domain is on sale there. Why is that?
A. This is a scam website. According to our investigation this website is run by admins of some HYIPs that try to slander us. If you do not believe us, try to buy this domain. We have contacted them many times and never heard back from them.

Solidinvestment Domain for sale, source News Navigator:
The domain name of HYIP Solidinvestment www.solidinvestment.com is for sale. The minimum bid price is $100,000 as advertised in www.buyselldomains.com .

Is it worth it? Using existing tools, a rough estimate of its daily visits reach as high as 29,150. This figure appears reasonable given its membership level of 34,424 to date or an average of one visit per day from each of these members.

If indeed the domain name offer is true, it could be a bad sign for Solidinvestment members. The question is what is the real motive for the selling this domain name. Given a potential buyer, does that mean that the owner will make use of a different domain name? Solidinvestment members deserve an answer.

New Action by State and Federal Regulators Against 12 Daily Pro by ABC4

Interesting news coming from ABC4 regarding 12DailyPro, video (required IE), here is the new:
12 Daily Pro now has a cease and desist order against it. The order was handed to an agent of 12 Daily Pro on Friday. A source familiar with the order says it calls for all involved with the internet auto-surf program to cease the sale of unregistered securities by unlicensed individuals. The order is apparently part of a joint investigation by the Secretary of State of North Carolina and the Federal Securities and Exchange Commission.

Details of the order will be made public on Monday, but based on information from the North Carolina Secretary of State’s office, it represents the beginning of an investigation, not the end. According to the state of North Carolina:

“A summary cease & desist order is issued by the Securities Division when it appears that ongoing activity violates the North Carolina Securities Act or the North Carolina Investment Advisers Act and poses the threat of irreparable harm to the investing public. The cease & desist order commands those who receive it to stop any further violations and to comply with the requirements of the securities laws.”

(source: http://www.secstate.state.nc.us/)

ABC 4 has been told that Charis Johnson, Administrator of 12 Daily Pro, has not yet had an opportunity to respond to the order or its allegations.

Deadline Passes in Utah

Also Friday, a deadline came and went in Utah. Today some of the people involved in the 12 Daily Pro debacle had been ordered by administrative subpoenas to appear at the Heber Wells Building for depositions. The Utah Division of Consumer Protection is seeking a comprehensive list of all 12 Daily Pro members in Utah. Although no one appeared, Francine Gianni of the Division says negotiations are underway. She says the list could be turned over by next week.

President Hinckley's Take on Get-Rich Schemes

One other note: Thursday night’s story looked at how 12 Daily Pro spread quickly in religious communities in both Utah and Georgia. A viewer who is also a former 12 Daily Pro member suggested that we look up what has been said on the subject by President Gordon B. Hinckley of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We found this quote taken from a talk given by President Hinckley in April of 2003:

“We warn our people against get-rich schemes and other entanglements which are nearly always designed to trap the gullible.”

Since Utah became infamous for financial fraud in the early 1980’s, LDS General Authorities have spoken out on various occasions about “too good to be true” investments. In some instances it has been compared to gambling, which is considered a sin by the Church.

WiredSurf Experience

After I joined WiredSurf two days ago, today it is my first surf day. The surfing is very smooth without any problem. Yesterday was a surf holiday because the server problem. Overall the surfing experience was great. The next thing to see is how the payout would be like. Happy surfing!

News from NSFG

Looks like I am not the only one who had a bad February for US stock trades, NSFG had a similar outcome, see news from them:

Okay well by now many of you already now that February has not been a particularly great month for trading. This was primarily due to the First Congressional Testimony by the new Federal Reserve Chairman, Ben Bernanke, on the 15th February.

After this point the market was extremely choppy and range bound. Fortunately the pool account faired reasonably well in this unpredictable market, compared to many other trading results. However this was mainly due to the market being unsuitable to trade on an intraday basis and trades NOT being placed and therefore avoiding the losses. It has still produced our worst monthly result so far at only 5.11% (We are not taking commission this month as we feel we should have performed better).

So February ends on 5.11%, which is in the face of it is not to bad. Ken has decided to stop trading this month, and so no further trades have been taken. He has spent the last few days evaluating his strategy to make sure that this does not happen again, and Ken has added the following comments:
=========================================
I have concluded my analysis and evaluation over the last few days of trading and have implemented a couple of changes to my overall trading plan. It appears that over 70% of my losing trades can be found before noon my time so from now on I will move my trading decisions (entries) to later on the day. Also, it appears that in more than 60% of the times I have attempted to re-enter a trade or a move, the outcome has been limited or resulted in a loss. On the (very) positive side there is picking market direction. In more than 86% of my trades I had the correct direction picked out but because of price spikes, choppy conditions or to close stop/losses the trades lost.

My conclusion is pretty clear. These changes will be implemented:

- Avoid trading in the morning.
- Widen the stop 5% more and reduce the position size accordingly.
- Don't re-enter a trade once profit or loss has been realized. Wait for the next swing high or swing low to form.
- Filter out more 'B' trades and wait for the 'A' trades only.

On another note... I have spoken to several other traders these last couple of days and most of them have taken some heavy beatings after Bernankes appearance. Some traders operate with acceptable drawdowns of up to 30% have realized losses of up to 18%. Can you imagine that? We are not even close to that risk tolerance or loss level and even though I sometimes takes these losses we endure very very personal I am confident we will head back in serious green once the market has settled a little bit.

Many have asked what leverage is and how we use it so I have written this explanation that I hope you all will find useful. First, let me start by explaining the basic concept of leverage. Leverage, or gearing as some call it, is a way to increase the potential return (and risk!) of an investment through the use of borrowed capital. This capital forms the margin of the account and is provided by the broker. It can be anything from 50:1 to 400:1 depending on your account type. This means that if you open a $10,000 account and your broker offers 100:1 leverage, you can actually control $1,000,000 of money in the markets. It's usually only mini accounts where brokers offer very high leverage. The usual broker leverage for a standard 100K account is 100:1.

The next big important thing to understand is the difference between Broker Leverage and True Leverage. Let's take a look at our $10,000 account again. If this was a standard 100K forex account and I placed 1 lot in a position this would be a 100,000 contract, the smallest position size available for a standard account. Since my total margin is $1,000,000 I use 100,000 / 1,000,000 = 0.10 of my total leverage. In other words, I use 10:1 leverage instead of 100:1. So this position is NOT leveraged 100 times but only 10 times. This 10:1 leverage is the True Leverage.

From a risk control perspective this is still way to high a risk to place on one single trade so you would usually start with a mini account if you only had $10,000 in start capital. Here the contracts are 1/10th of the standard accounts, only 10,000 currency units instead of 100,000 units. This is also one of the reasons why it is not good to open a standard account and being undercapitalized. Your true leverage become to high and you can quickly be wiped out. The same position on a $25,000 account would only constitute a 2.5:1 leverage and is therefore within the parameters of good risk management.

Review of Wiredsurf - the new concept in auto-surfer

This new auto-surfer came out quite recently. I believe it is the replacement for 12DailyPro. It accepts e-gold and EMO as payment processors, no more StormPay (the scam processor). Similar to 12DailyPro, you have to upgrade to get paid. Once you upgraded and surf, you will get 8% daily for 16 days.

The website looks very professionally done. It is getting very popular now. If you look at its Message Forum, it is getting over 1500 members to sign up each day. I just joined yesterday with my test spend. I expect this to last for a while. It is a very popular auto-surfer. How can this auto-surfer make money to pay its members? Let's take a peek at its business plan, here is the info quoted from its site:
When we tell you to recharge your way of thinking, we are asking you to look at Wired Surf with a clear perspective, and to evaluate its potential with a new and refreshing outlook.

The team behind Wired Surf understands that in order to gain the trust of the industry, we needed to emphasize our business plan and avoid the curtain of secrecy that so many other programs put in place.

While we won't reveal our entire investment portfolio, we will do our best to provide as much information as we can in regards to how we intend to ensure that our program will continue to sustain itself.

Wired Surf is only part of a network of profitable ventures. Our auto surf and advertising program is partially supported by these other programs, and will continue to thrive with the shared success of our entire network.

Sites included within our portfolio include Wired Promotion, a company focused on lucrative advertising campaigns as well as its flagship product, Message Wire, a tool that enables advertisers to broadcast their ads through message boards and active communities.

Wired Surf is also supported by Wired Web Space and our upcoming larger scale projects like Wired Account, a payment processing company focusing on functionality and unsurmountable reliability.

The Wired Network also also formulating a joint effort program to create a complete membership package focused on industry. This membership, which will become available through "The Auto Surf Bootcamp" is an ever-expanding collection of tools and resources.

Wired Network is also in the process of exploring a joint venture opportunity with Card One Plus, a leader in customized debit card programs that will enable us to offer branded debit cards available through wscards.com.

Our business plan is a simple yet extremely efficacious one. We generate revenue from our entire network while using a percentage of all member upgrades to continously invest in dynamic start up businesses, joint venture programs and short term investment opportunities.

We stay active, and we focus on continued growth, ensuring that our program never goes stagnant.

Who says high percentage programs can't last?

Regardless of the fact that Wired Surf is a short term program, the risks are not any higher than the sites with lower daily allotment offers. If a business plan is not in place and designed to be prosperous, , it will not matter what opportunity limits or percentages are offered.

On the flip side, higher percentage programs remove the requirement to wait months before you see a return on your membership. Sites like ours endeavor opportunities that include advertising ventures and possible partnerships with other industry teams as well as mainstream advertisers.

And while we are unable to invest advertiser purchases into any long term investment pools, our company chooses to generate revenue through shorter term opportunities and projects that decrease our risks and produce quicker returns, as well as in building additional streams of revenue from outside of this industry.

As you can see, Wired Surf functions very differently than most other auto surf opportunities.

When you join Wired Surf, you are purchasing Ad-Packs that will provide you with two very important things:

1) You are provided with a bundle of advertising credits, depending on your current Ad-Pack Level.

2) You can earn 8% of whatever your Ad-Pack Level is for a period of 16 days.

With Wired Surf you are purchasing advertising packages and website credits, not investing. Each Ad Unit is treated as a membership upgrade, providing you with additional advertising options, and is not considered an investment of any kind.

Enjoy the opportunity that has been presented to you, and explore the possibilities that await.

CG Financial News and Scam Warnings

CG Financial is closing on the 200% per 4 month Venture Capital IV Program, see news:
Although we had the Venture Capital IV closed, due to the massive request, we have arranged an extension with the venture capital firm until the end of the month, therefore the Venture Capital IV has been reopened and will be closed on February 28th.
Scam Warning
700percent, (ip: 205.234.195.205). Wow! 700% in 2 days. That sounds like an incredible deal if you know what I mean. This is an obvious scam. If you ever see this kind of return, do not even think about investing in it. The money will not be gone as soon as you deposit in it.

zoomprofits, (ip: 67.159.32.147). Problem with payment reported.

http://www.geocities.com/specialforex/, this is the one to be learned from. Why would anybody want to put their money into a free host site. If you ever see a free host site, just ignore it.

Hourly300, (ip: 70.87.85.43). I think this is obvious too. Most of the hourly programs will fail very fast. Some of them do not even pay you at all.

CG Financial Updates and Other HYIP Warnings

Another Payment From CG Financial
I got another weekly payment as well as the payment on CGF Venture Capital III 200% after 4 months from CG Financial yesterday. The 200% in 4-month is still active and it is the 4th in a series. I am not sure how long this one will stay active. The 200% program usually stays on course for about 1 month. I expect this one maybe open until end of the month. The CG Financial program has been very good to me ever since I joined from the start of June 2005. Most of the popular programs have already faded away, but this one is still humming.

Scam Warnings:
Here is the news from my news partners, HYIP News , on two HYIPs, see news:
According to reports of our readers two programs decided to wait with payments. First, Expert4Invest, doesen`t pay money since yesterday and the status of all the transactions is "are pending". Second, Meriland Hyip, looks like it stopped working just today. But that doesn`t change anything. We`re waiting for the problem to be solved.

NeverEndingStori Warnings

Here are a few interesting comments regarding NeverEndingStori (ip: 70.86.24.146) from a few users (Cena, cuandoyodije, drtish73) from TalkGold forum. Rather the allegations on the program are true or not, I would skip it if I see any sign of problem.

ASCFin Missing Payment Warning

Here is the warning on ASCFin (ip: 209.249.221.31) from Jude's No Bullshit HYIP Blog Community, that means my deposit could be gone too. I'll update the status if I receive payment on expiration date or not when the time comes.
As promised,

I’d give out a warning as soon as I see something wrong with a site listed in my blog.

ASCFIN, a popular website that gives 200% in 20 days has been paying for months now.

However, for the second straight day, they have missed payment! [Confused]

Some say its because the default egold browser setting that says u can’t receive funds from “blocked accounts”

Well, as far as i know, they are not blocked since i made a deposit in their account yesterday.

Anyone has input on this matter?

For now, I advise everyone to hold on to your money you plan to invest in this program until this issue is resolved.

TJ

Nobs, i checked out the rating in hyipinvestment, its not only me who that ascfin missed payment for past 2 days.

Again, to avoid confusion, here are the facts as of this writing:

1) Site is still up and running
2) Missed payout since yesterday (Two days straight)
3) Missed referral fees since yesterday (Two days straight)
4) ASCFIN’s egold is NOT blocked

I sincerely hope this is just a glitch and they’ll resume payouts.

News from e-gold

e-gold has implemented a new feature called Refuse Payments from "Blocked Accounts", but if you still want to accept payment from the "blocked account", you have to turn it back on, see news:
e-gold Empowers Users to Refuse Payments from "Blocked Accounts"

e-gold is pleased to deploy a feature empowering e-gold Users to refuse payments from "Blocked accounts". "Blocked accounts" are blocked from receiving payments due to insufficient identifying information and/or e-gold invoking its Right of Association. The new feature enables Users to reduce the possibility of receiving payments from potentially unscrupulous counterparties. The default setting (User may view/change via "Account Info") refuses payment from Blocked accounts.

News From Grandhits on closing

StormPay has done it again, Grandhits, another auto-surf program is closing due to StormPay, see news:
Status of Programs

Currently both programs are at a stand still. After Stormpay had reduced our account to nothing with chargebacks they have now suspended it, I really hope they are stopped. Our main e-gold / e-bullion investment has disappeared as well. Scheduled to pay us weekly through November 2006, it did not last through January. After being optimistic that the admin would resurface and the payouts would continue, it has now been 3 weeks and I do not think we will ever see any of these funds again. All of this leaves us with absolutely nothing in our accounts.

Unfortunately we will have to close the programs, there is no possible way we can continue after everything has been stolen like this. I am very disappointed, as many of you know we did not run our programs based on a pyramid / ponzi system, we honestly had a paying investment that we pooled the funds into. Now that this has disappeared it seems that it may have been a pyramid type scheme itself. Extended due diligence was done on this investement so it shows you that everything in the hyip world (private or not) is a gamble.

I have enjoyed running the programs over the past year and have gained much experience. Once I am able to locate a a few solid investments in which to diversify funds, I imagine we will launch a new program possibly as soon as 2 weeks to a month from now. That is if the community will allow us to, as I understand that all of you are looking for someone to blame and I probably fill that role for you. I honestly believed that we had everything in place to operate at least another year, this is definately not the beginning of 2006 I had planned for. I will be able to continue because I know that this was all out of my hands, I will admit to the investement in Panama as being my fault, it has turned out to be a bad investment decision on my part, and for this I apoligize. But as far as being a theif and stealing all of these funds, I have a clean conscience, if the funds were still in our possession I wouldn't be writing this email that is for sure.

These are now difficult times ahead for everyone. I know that if we work together we can make it work again, there is no doubt about this. So tentatively our next program will pay out once a week, but I imagine the earnings rate will be much more on the conservative side. Alot has been learned with our current programs, and those lessons will all be applied into the development of the next program. We will have more details and possibly a pre-launch soon.

Review of Ascfin.com

According to the site FAQ, ASCfin.com was officially launched online on Oct. 27th, 2005. So this one has been around for more than 3 months now. People are getting paid on time. They accept e-gold as deposit. ASCfin.com is a private online investment club. It is paying double every 20 days, meaning if you deposit $100, you will get $200 in 20 days. Because of its popularity, I expect it may last a few more months. So I did some test spend on this one. The site offers against DDOS attacks from blockdos.net.
If you can tolerate some risk, I believe this is worth a try. No complaints from any members thus far, a plus for the program.

Lately, global-mutual service is so unsatisfactory:- None or very late support ticket reply! No e-mail replies! Their forum is down for many days already!

They seem to be beating around the bush telling everybody to be patient on their ridiculous VC Shares transition! To me, it is NOT WORTH investing $100 (their min. requirement) when we get their lousy service or non-responsive feedback!

I am not saying they are scammers but I believe there are far better investment or hyip website out there! I always believe in customer response uptime! If the admin is slow in response, this usually means that their management is not efficient nor effective! Think again, do you want to let this type of organisation to manage your hard earned money???

P.S. So, what do you think about their sister website neverendingstori.com... Hope you already figured it out...

HYIP Review and Scam Updates

Another Payment From CG Financial
I got another weekly payment from CG Financial yesterday. This one has been very good to me ever since I joined from the start of June 2005.

Scam Sites:
PHPInvestment, (ip: 66.199.248.66). Account deletion problem reported.
profitingold, (ip: 72.36.165.218). Payment problem reported.
iproinvest, (ip: 69.10.144.131). Payment problem reported.

Scam Warning:
goldtocard, (ip: 202.157.181.30). It is hosted in Hong Kong. here is the quote from an user of TalkGold.
I have transfered 3100$ from my GTC ATM account to buy 3007$ e-gold since Dec. 1 2005, buy i didnt recieve my e-gold... They scammed me... No responding from them... damn it...
eprofitsurf, (ip: 72.3.231.51). This auto-surfer finally came back to life after several down days. I was surprise to find out that it is dropping all other payment processors. It only has the "Auto-Surf-Money", what is that? I was googling around, the main site for this "Auto-Surf-Money" was down, not much useful info was found. Perhaps somebody can comment on it. Maybe this one is going down too.

12DailyPro Updates

Another updates from 12DailyPro on StormPay. It is still a never ending story. The recovery of those upgraded money is fading.
I want to take a moment to shed some light and truth on some recent developments in our StormPay matter. Much has been said and much needs to be clarified. I hope the following update can help toward that end.

Beyond StormPay’s displeasure with our using another payment processor, at no time in our relationship with StormPay did they express they had any issue with our business, with our transactions, or with the large fees they were earnings from our transactions. To the contrary, even in the midst of their demands that we remove our other payment processor, StormPay insured us that we had always been a very good client and that they had done much and wanted to continue to do much to help our business.

StormPay has also placed on its website claims and information on its website that are false and misleading. They also are making decisions regarding our account and the accounts of our members based on their own opinions and assessments or our company made without any supporting facts or documentation. They provided a description of the way they perceive all autosurfs function. Their description does not take into account the unique terms of 12daily Pro nor internal factors about our company operations which they are not privy to.

StormPay, throughout this process of our attempts to regain access to our account, has refused to communicate or cooperate. They drafted last week’s joint statement and instructed us to post it under the guise that they would work with us to refund our members. During that very conversation during which that joint statement was agreed upon, StormPay unilaterally conducted chargebacks of its users accounts and began withdrawing monies from users bank accounts and credit cards. With no access to our account, there was no way we could stop their unwarranted actions nor determine exactly what actions were taken.

Please understand that ALL 12daily Pro funds being held by StormPay were funds intended for the payment of withdrawals for both StormPay users, and EMO users, and all members transitioning to both processors from E-Gold. It was our attempt to move those funds that StormPay began these unwarranted actions that have led us to this point. The matter was further complicated because some of the money charged back to our account by StormPay included paid referral commissions that were derived from upgrades purchased with payment processors other than StormPay. The more they do, the more of an accounting nightmare it will be if and when we are able to get access to our account and/or funds.

Regarding the joint statement that was issued, we want to make it clear that we participated in its drafting only because we were assured StormPay would work with us on a refund strategy. From that point StormPay ceased all communication with us and did not honor their agreement to do so, nor did they respond to a specific demand letter issued to them by our attorney. This past Monday, StormPay finally contacted us. Again our demands were clearly issued. We await their timely response, if they are to avoid a legal action which we are fully prepared to initiate.

We have learned that the FBI is actively gathering information regarding the alleged unauthorized debiting of StormPay user accounts, bank accounts and credit cards. We also are very hopeful that government officials may be able to assist us in the recovery of funds so that they may be properly dispersed.

We are all in this together and we will keep you up to date as we know more.

12DailyPro on CNN

Wow! Even CNN is covering 12DailyPro, see news:
Feds probe Web sites offering big paydays
Report: FBI, SEC are investigating offers of generous payments in return for viewing Internet ads.
February 10, 2006: 9:22 AM EST

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) - Federal and state authorities are investigating Web sites that promise to generate generous returns to viewers who look at their ads, according to a report published Friday.

These so-called "auto surf" sites are Internet versions of a classic Ponzi scheme, a type of fraud that promises vast returns to investors but pays them with money from subsequent investors instead of revenue generated by business, the Wall Street Journal said.

One of the largest such sites, 12dailyPro, attracts visitors by offering them free memberships. But in order to earn cash, members have to "upgrade" their membership in $6 increments, with a maximum investment at any one time of $6,000, the newspaper said.

These sites, which piggyback on the surge in Internet advertising, have drawn scrutiny as law enforcement authorities focus more on Internet crimes, the report said.

The 12dailyPro site, which recently claimed it had 300,000 members from around the world, is being investigated by the FBI, the Securities and Exchange Commission and at least two states, the newspaper said, citing people familiar with the matter.

The FBI's Internet Crimes Complaint Center received 207,000 complaints in 2004, the latest numbers available, up 66 percent from the previous year, but the agency says only a small percentage of those were related to investment fraud, according to the newspaper.

Auditors dig into frozen StormPay accounts

Here is an interesting article from my news partner, News Navigator:
FBI asks BBB for records from probe into online payment processor
Auditors were busy at StormPay.com Friday as investigators try to get to the bottom of a dispute between the Clarksville online pay processor and a client who operates an "autosurf" Web site.

"We are excited about the audit," said Steve Girsky, StormPay owner and CEO. "We have no problem with them coming in to do the audit." Additionally, Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee president and CEO Kathleen Calligan said Friday the FBI has requested it receive all records the agency gathers from the BBB's investigation of complaints about StormPay and associated businesses.

Calligan said the BBB plans to issue a statement early next week after more investigation.
On Wednesday, officials with the Consumer Affairs division of the state Department of Commerce and Insurance said an investigation of StormPay was being conducted.

"We are doing everything that we can to process the complaints to the consumers to let them know that it is with the Consumer Protection Enforcement staff, and that we will let them know when the investigation is complete," Mary Clement, director of Consumer Affairs, said in a Friday e-mail.

Girsky and StormPay President John McConnell said, during an interview at their Golf Club Lane office, they were instructed not to disclose which regulatory agency conducted Friday's audit. The two say the examination will show their company has committed no wrongdoing and will "shed a positive light on StormPay."

On Feb. 1, StormPay officials froze accounts of some 30,000 to 35,000 12DailyPro.com members after receiving several complaints from members that money they earned from 12DailyPro was not being sent to them.

12DailyPro, based in Charlotte, N.C., operates a Web site that offers a 12 percent daily return on membership fees for viewing a dozen advertisements a day on Web sites. The pay is based on how much is invested in subsequent membership "upgrades."

StormPay is the intermediary that sends and receives electronic payments from 12DailyPro, as well as a number of other Internet businesses and users. McConnell said 12DailyPro member accounts comprise about 2 to 3 percent of StormPay's total customer base.

McConnell said their records indicate the last payments from 12DailyPro operator Charis Johnson to members was Jan. 8. When complaints of nonpayment came to StormPay later in January, company officials began to suspect something was wrong after Johnson was unable to answer questions about her business.

"She said it was proprietary information," McConnell said.
Steven Carr, an attorney with Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough law firm in North Carolina, said Friday he and another lawyer had advised Johnson to "decline all requests for interviews because the investigation was going on."

Carr, who said he was retained to negotiate with StormPay to release money it froze in 12DailyPro accounts, confirmed that he had been contacted by the federal Securities and Exchange Commission regarding 12DailyPro. He declined to elaborate further.

Carr, on behalf of 12DailyPro, released a statement Thursday evening stating StormPay officials were refusing to communicate or negotiate with 12DailyPro lawyers and they were "evaluating our legal options."

McConnell said he had talked with Carr Wednesday. Carr confirmed, saying it was a brief conversation about a fax number and "nothing substantive was discussed."

"I would like to communicate with the folks at StormPay and resolve this on an amicable basis, but I haven't heard back from them," Carr said. McConnell said StormPay froze the accounts and is holding the money until investigations are completed to help ensure 12DailyPro members receive as much of their investment as possible.

Ponzi or autosurf
Calligan characterized 12DailyPro as a Ponzi or Pyramid scheme. Charles Ponzi in the early 20th century devised a scheme that promises huge returns to investors but pays them with money from subsequent investors, rather than revenue generated by the business.

While some legitimate autosurf sites generate money from companies that pay for Internet advertising, Calligan said 12DailyPro's only revenue is from members who "upgrade" their membership and bring in more members.

"What are you selling? It's not a product or a service ... without it, you've got a pyramid going on," she said of 12DailyPro. Calligan said she and her entire staff of eight are now focused on investigating the more than 19,000 complaints against StormPay. "We are committed to answering each one," she said.

With the BBB investigation focusing on StormPay, Calligan said they "want to make sure that's all they're doing."

More Updates from 12DailyPro

It seems like the StormPay still has problem with 12DailyPro, see news:
I wanted to take this time to give you all a quick update on how things stand as the week comes to a close.

:: Continued Silence From StormPay We our attorney still has not received a reply from StormPay to our demand letter. So now we move forward with legal action to retrieve our funds from StormPay. Due to obvious reasons, I am unable to give any specifics regarding these actions(s), but know that they will be swift. But please understand that there is a possibility that the resolution of this matter will not be, as investigators have now become involved at the behest of many of you regarding StormPay’s most recent actions. However, we remain undeterred in our attempts to regain access to our account so we can honor our goal to issue refunds.

:: EMO Refunds Slowed More By Chargebacks We need to inform you that our announced EMO refund schedule has been severely slowed. In addition to the fact that the funds intended to fund our EMO account are still being held in StormPay, some members who purchased upgrades with EMO have initiated chargebacks. The enormous fees that this has caused us to incur are depleting our reserve fund there. However we hope that new revenue that we will mention below will allow the speed of refunds to pick up next week.

:: New Revenue Opportunity Due to recent events and our attempts to communicate on a regular basis with you, the forum has been receiving considerable traffic. Since we have had to put plans to launch our new site on hold, we will be utilizing the immense surge in traffic on the forum to put into place a steady stream of income in the form of banner and texts advertisements throughout the boards. We will also be honoring all pending HitsDaily Pro ad purchases in this format as well. We will have more details about this Monday. For those of you who are wishing to support LifeClicks, advertising purchases will be a great way to do so.

:: EMO Email Address Changed For those of you who were attempting to donate to the legal fund in the past couple of days and have been unable, please note that it is because our EMO email address has been changed. Please send any future donations to emo@hitsdailypro.com

It has been a long and exhausting week for us all. I hope you are all able to get some rest over the weekend and know that I remain here and will continue to be here fighting for you all and fighting for this program that we all worked so hard to build.

StormPay, Where is our money???

Do you ever wonder where StromPay put into work? Here is an interesting video on StormPay's Freeze Accounts Initiative.

Here is the quote from another popular auto-surfer, dadndaves
An open question on behalf of all Stormpay members to John R. McConnel Jr. CEO of Stormpay.com.

Where is our money John?

First you suspend the accounts of a number of reputable autosurf sites with no warning, no valid explanation, and completely deny those customers any access to their accounts. Then you send an email to all Stormpay members telling them lies about why you have done this. Then you randomly begin refunding money from those suspended accounts, even though the members concerned did not ask to be refunded. Then your debit cards were being refused at ATMs around the world, and your withdrawal cheques started bouncing. Then you removed the option for international members to request their funds by wire transfer. And today you have begun systematically emptying the accounts of all Stormpay members, not just the Autosurf webmasters.

Where is the money, John??

News on 12DailyPro About StormPay Refusing to Negotiate Resolution

I wonder if both are playing with our money, see news:
As we announced two days ago, attorneys for LifeClicks, LLC (the owner of 12DailyPro.com) have been communicating with StormPay, Inc. in an attempt to resolve business disputes with StormPay that arose about 10 days ago when StormPay objected to our members’ use of a competing processor, EMO, and demanded that we remove the EMO payment processor option from our website.

We complied with StormPay’s demand that StormPay should be our exclusive processor, and reached other agreements with StormPay, but within a few days StormPay reneged on those agreements and suspended all activity on 12DailyPro members’ accounts and our LifeClicks account. As StormPay has itself stated in published news reports, it has “frozen” our account and funds, falsely accusing us of misrepresenting our business model to StormPay.

Unfortunately, although StormPay’s president and lawyer committed to working with us to resolve our disputes, StormPay is not responding to calls from our lawyer and is taking unilateral actions concerning 12DailyPro members’ accounts without our consent or without any authorization from LifeClicks or 12DailyPro members. They are taking these actions even though we have demanded that they stop and work out a plan with us.

In light of these developments and StormPay’s refusals to communicate or negotiate with us, our lawyers are evaluating our legal options. They are also assisting us in our communications with law enforcement authorities who have contacted us, and we are cooperating fully with all investigations.

As you know, in recent days, many accusations and allegations have been made about 12DailyPro, and about people who are doing things and using our name without our authorization and consent. But you should know that until these problems arose with StormPay, 12DailyPro never missed making a payment or reimbursement to 12DailyPro members. The problems we are currently trying to resolve all trace back to the demands and actions taken by StormPay.

:: Note the above statement has also been sent to all news entities who have requested a statement from us in regards to these recent events.

I will continue to keep all of you up to date on these matters as anyt new developments of substance arise. Thank you all for your continued support of our program.

The Never Ending Story of 12DP and StormPay

Latest News From 12DailyPro:
::StormPay
Our attorney has made several direct requests of StormPay that are intended to gain us immediate access to our account as indicated in the join statement posted last night so we can procede with refunds as soon as possible, to provide answers and further clarification of the account debiting that occured yesterday, and to have our original withdrawal request honored so we can fund our EMO account and speed the refund process there. We have not received an answer as of yet and the StormPay website has been offline the better part of the day. I will continue to update you on this matter as I am able.

::New Site
To my disappointment, our attorney has instructed us that in the best interest of the future of LifeClicks and all affiliated entities, we need to temporarily put a hold on the launch of the new site due to the unresolved issues that have arisen over the past couple of weeks. We will update you as able regarding this.

::Thank You
I want to take this time to thank you all for your continued support during this challenging time. Your posts, emails, and calls of support are helping me continue to fight the good fight for us all. Please understand that during this time I am under the advice of counsel and am somewhat limited as to what I can say and there may be times when you will read things that do not sound like me. Trust your intincts in those cases about who you have come to know me to be. Know also that we are cooperating fully with any and all questions that are being asked about this recent StormPay issue and about our program.

I will continue to communicate with all of you as I am able and as I am allowed. I know you are all concerned with recent events; know that I stand with you, undaunted.

Better Business Bureau Alert on StormPay

Here is the news alert from Better Business Bureau Alert on StormPay, source DrunkenLife.
StormPay.com Freezes Accounts

The Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee alerts the public to the business practices of StormPay.com of Clarksville, Tennessee. During the first six weeks of 2006, StormPay.com has generated more complaints to BBB than any other Middle Tennessee or Southern Kentucky business.

In the past seven days, BBB has received 18,926 inquiries from consumers around the world checking on the reliability of StormPay.com.

Complaints filed by consumers from around the world state that StormPay.com has frozen their online accounts and will not release funds due.

StormPay.com is an online payment processor which acts as an intermediary in the processing of funds between a web site and a customer. "Since the end of January, BBB has received over 180 complaints from users of StormPay.com" says BBB President/CEO, Kathleen Calligan. "A review of complaints filed by users indicate that the company is holding in excess of $460,000" explains Calligan.

An email sent to at least one complaintant by StormPay, states in part "…should you choose to attempt to recover your funds through other means, that conduct will result in the forfeiture of any refund…"

The majority of complaints filed with BBB, concern StormPay's freezing of accounts from users who participate in "auto-surfing" programs. An "auto-surfing" program reportedly generates money to the user every time a user visits a participating web site.

It is the position of the Better Business Bureau that auto surfing programs can post a financial risk to participants. Often "auto-surfing" programs are thinly veiled pyramid schemes cleverly devised to participants.

Due to the complaint volume, international scope of participants and amount of money involved, BBB is requesting the assistance of federal authorities for further investigation.
Here are fun videos on how it operates:

12DailyPro & StormPay News

News from 12DailyPro, I am not sure it will still do us any good in the future, but hope is still remain, some news is better than no news.
Update on Communications With StormPay;
Joint Statement by 12DailyPro and StormPay

Attorneys for LifeClicks, LLC (the owner of 12DailyPro.com) and StormPay, Inc. have been communicating to attempt to resolve business disputes between LifeClicks and StormPay. Those discussions have been productive and useful, and are continuing. StormPay’s representatives have assured LifeClicks that StormPay is a viable company and is still open for business, and StormPay has provided assurances that it is able to cover, dollar for dollar with money in the bank, any deposits that may be held in any StormPay account. Any previous statements regarding LifeClicks’ concern or doubts about StormPay’s ability to make any necessary payments are hereby withdrawn, based on these assurances from StormPay.

StormPay and LifeClicks have been made aware of the existence of investigations into the 12DailyPro program by investigators at the FBI and the states of North Carolina and Georgia. Both StormPay and LifeClicks intend to cooperate fully in any investigation that may be ongoing.

Both StormPay and LifeClicks would appreciate your continued patience with us as we continue to work on a resolution of our current disputes and to develop a solution to restore the processing of members’ payments and reimbursements through StormPay accounts. Please understand that if members initiate a chargeback with their credit card issuers, both StormPay and LifeClicks will be liable for related chargeback fees that may be incurred. Any chargeback fees will only serve to reduce the pool of available funds to be used for refunds and reimbursements. If you have already initiated a chargeback, please contact your credit card issuer and reverse the chargeback.

Many of you will notice that payments you have received recently from 12Daily Pro have been refunded back to the LifeClicks account by StormPay. StormPay has explained that the purpose of these refunds is to attempt to secure as many funds as possible to make the widest and broadest effort to refund 12DailyPro customers that we can. LifeClicks can confirm that there are 12DailyPro funds available at StormPay, and we are working together to formulate an orderly and equitable reimbursement plan for refunding as many of you as we possibly can. We appreciate your continued patience as we work through this process.

StormPay and 12DailyPro Both Sucked Big Time

When I logged onto my stormpay account today. All my balance went to zero. Then I saw there were a bunch of chargeback by 12DailyPro. I can't chargeback on 12DailyPro neither. They were denied. This is fraud, no doubt. We must submit complaint to the FBI Complaint Center against StormPay and 12DailyPro.

Let's see how this scam works, see the CEO's comment, and how StormPay CEO is doing on his last day of work.

e-gold is better than StormPay, no chargeback is allowed. Or AsianPay, another payment processor for Asia.

News from 12DailyPro

I am still wondering if 12DailyPro is still paying or refunding us, let's hope they do. Here is the news from them:
I wanted to take this time to update you on our progress with the StormPay issue and few other items.

StormPay
I am sure you are all under stably anxious to hear updates on our progress toward recovering our funds. Today, we made significant progress with the attorney who will be representing us in this matter. He has outlined a strategy for attempting to get our funds released by StormPay by whatever means at our disposal. We hope for swift action in the matter and will keep you as informed as things unfold, to the extent that we can without compromising the case.

Refunds
We will begin issuing a few refunds this evening and will process a batch of refunds daily. The order of the refunds will be: 1) Remaining Egold/EMO 2)Remaining Egold/Money Order, 3)Compounded EMO, 4)EMO. Please note that because we are unsure of how fast we will be able to resolve the StormPay situation, nor what the outcome of our efforts will be, we cannot provide any kind of time frame by which these EMO refunds will be issued. Also, due to StormPay’s random refunds and double payments that they are conducting with our funds and without our input, we are unable to yet give an accurate assessment to you of how we will deal with the StormPay refunds. Our hope is that by the time EMO payouts (currently on Dec. 8 expiration), catch up with where we left off with StormPay withdrawals, (Jan 23 expiration), that we will have some resolution on the StormPay issue and can announce a plan and/or for StormPay refunds.

Ticket System
Tomorrow, we will be revamping the ticket system to meet our current circumstances. In light of what has occurred and the fact that our goal is to be able to refund all pending and active upgrades, we will be closing all account issue related tickets. The new ticket departments will meet our current situation as well as provide support for the new site. There will also be a department for any missing EMO upgrades. Because there is no way for us to verify missing StormPay at this time, these will have to wait until we are able to gain access to our account data there. We strongly urge that you not submit tickets asking about the current situation; we will be posting updates daily and sometimes several times a day regarding progress on these matters. Our support staff has been extremely reduced, so we can have more funds available for refunds and basic operations. So, inundating the tickets system will only slow our ability to respond to the specific ticket issues we deem vital at this time.

Forum
We have now made all areas of the forum viewable to all guests, so that all of you can read it. We are unable to registrations at this time, due to concerns about mass spammers who have attacked our forum in the past.

Accoounts Will Not Go Inactive
There have been some concerns by some members who have not upgraded in a while that their accounts will go inactive during this period. Due to current events, will be suspend the inactive status for anyone that would have normally been moved to that status, so as not to interfere with any refund they might receive.

The New Site
Thanks to the hard work of our technical staff, committed to LifeClicks despite all the happenings of the past week, we will be launching the new site by the end of the day tomorrow. You will notice that the 12dp homepage will change at that time, to reflect our current situation. The homepage will have three main links, one for the forum, one for members to login and check their account states and member news, and one to visit our new site.

Thank You
I wanted to take this time to thank all of you for your thoughts, prayers, and expressions of support regarding the health of my father. He is now in stable condition and we continue to pray that he will not return to any critical state. I am truly blessed to have a family of 12dp members that cares. You make me proud to be in your company.

This is a challenging time for us all, but know that we are dedicated and focused on doing everything we can to insure these recent events are overcome and we can all move forward.

We thank you for your continued support during this time.

HYIP Scams Updates

Scam Sites
R-YIP (ip: 69.94.75.32). Requested money over three weeks. No money deposited in my e-gold account and no email reply from admin. It is a rip-off scam site.
30 daily, (ip: 69.94.75.32). Problem with payment reported.

Here is the scam warning on Goldnow from saulid of TalkGold, but I do not know the extent of it, see below:
Graham Kelly from Goldnow is a cheater.
I used his service around 2 months ago to out-exchange e-gold to bank wire. I still have not received the funds.

I sent him around 50 emails so far. There's no response. I called several times over the phone and he never picks the call. After talking to other exchangers, I came to know that Goldnow.st has a history of scamming people.

How can one recover their funds in such situations? I also appreciate any info about lodging complaints against this scammer.

AGAIN.. PLEASE DON'T USE goldnow.st FOR EXCHANGES.
HE DOES HAVE A SCAMMING HISTORY IN A RANDOM WAY.

News from 12DailyPro

The saga between StormPay and 12DailyPro still continues, let's hope this will be resolved soon, see news from 12DailyPro:
I want to take this time to update everyone on 4 very important items.

1. StormPay Action Plan
We will be meet with our attornies tomorrow regarding the unlawful holding of our funds by StormPay. Our intentions are to get the attorney his retainer tomorrow. Members have very generously donated approximately 34% of the needed retainer. We will pull some funds from our operational budget to pool together so the attornies can move forward. Any additional donations to help offset the costs are still welcome. We have also received notice that a former state senator and attorney is willing to help us in our fight. In the meantime, StormPay continues to tell more lies about the reason our accounts were suspended. However, rest assured we have damning documentation that will soon expose them for exactly who they are. We will post another update tomorrow on the progress of our legal efforts. Note, as of yet, we have yet to be contacted by any of the neublous 'investigators' they mention.

2. Additional Representation
We have also had to aquire a different attorney to help manage damage control regarding the libelous accusations StormPay has made against us and our business model.

3. Refunds Will Begin
We will begin issuing refunds tomorrow as we are able. We will begin with the members who chose to have their Egold upgrade withdrawals paid to EMO. Please note that becuase of the holding of a large portion of our funds, the speed of the payment schedule will be very slow, but we do the best we can.

4. The Convention Will Go On
Due to the overwhelming support of our members and our confidence that we will prevail as a company, we have decided to go forward with the GPT Convention. We hope it will be a time for all of us to come together and strategize for how we can emerge victorious from these recent events with a new dedication toward changing and strengthening this industry.

5. New Site Back On
Due in large part to urgings from many forum members, we will be going forward with the launching of the new site. It will get everyone focused on the future of LifeClicks as well as provide a new revenue stream that will help us speed up the refund process. In this site you will see the exciting future of LifeClicks.

The planning of the new site and the knowledge that the convention will go on, along with the amazing support we have received from members and staff renewed my spirit in a much needed way earlier today.

But I have just received some news that has changed that spirit. I have just learned that my father, who recently suffered several strokes, may not make it through the night. I have been a regular fixture on the forum in the past couple of days answering as many questions as I can from members. But in light of this recent development, I will not be on the forum this evening. I ask that all of you keep my father and my family in your thoughts and prayers.

I anticipate the next few days will be very challenging for me on a personal level, but I want you all to know that I remain dedicated to you all and will continue to press on in the best way I know how.

Thank you all again for your support.

StormPay vs AutoSurfers

Looks like the frozen fund news of the auto-surfers by StormPay is true, see news from StormPay.
Dear StormPay Member,

Please read this news update as it contains important information concerning your StormPay account as well as spends from your account to the "Auto-Surf" industry.

Traditionally "auto-surf" is a "traffic exchange" industry as to where persons gain traffic credits for promoting their URL (website address) in exchange for viewing websites offered by others. Any monies taken in on these types of "traffic exchanges" are normally for upgrades to have your URL (website) shown at a higher rate of exposure. For an example of how a true auto-surf works, you can visit www.autohits.dk or other sites comparable.

"Paid to click", or "Paid to Read" types of sites are normally where an advertiser pays to have his/her ad displayed and the end user gets paid a portion of the advertiser dollars for clicking on and reading/viewing the ad. The end user who is being paid for reading/viewing the advertisement does not spend any monies to participate. An example of this type of service is StormPay's own "StormClix" where participants are not charged to view advertisements and are rewarded an account credit for viewing the advertisement.

It has recently been brought to the attention of StormPay Inc. that the current rash of new Auto-Surf and Paid to Read accounts are NOT operating in the traditional manner. Further investigation by both StormPay and other outside investigational organizations/law enforcement agencies have have drawn early conclusions that these types of programs are nothing more than well hidden "Ponzi" or "Pyramid" schemes. While many of you may not agree, or wish to agree that these programs or illegally operated ponzi's, there are many facts that that are unavailable to you, or that may have been hidden by the operators of these programs. Please note that StormPay's user agreement has always banned merchant accounts
for these types of activities.

Throughout the investigations into these programs, StormPay has asked the "Merchant(s)" to provide a detailed explanation of the workings of these programs including how profit margins and customer payments are made. These questions were asked point blank by StormPay while on a conference call with the owner/operator and their attorney. The requests for information from the "merchant" were simply denied leaving StormPay no choice other than to report those findings to the other organizations who required the information from StormPay. These findings and reports caused the seizure of funds of the merchant(s) StormPay accounts until all legal matters are resolved. Please be reminded that this could have been avoided if the merchant(s) could have, or would have provided information proving no illegal pyramid or ponzi activity.

Furthermore, investigations and calculations show that these merchants were already at an "upside down" point where they are/were not able to meet the financial obligations made to their program participants. These merchants who were already failing to make good on their claims seem to now be using StormPay as their "Scape Goat" for the failure of their own pyramid or ponzi scheme. These programs are always doomed to failure and for that very reason, deemed illegal. Please site the following from StormPay's user agreement:

"17. Get Rich Quick" Schemes: Get Rich Quick Schemes are prohibited resell items by StormPay. Get Rich Quick schemes include any type of self-employment, start-up businesses, or investment opportunity where the claims of profit or returns on investment are unrealistic or unsupported.
By law, if a business opportunity costs $500.00 USD or more, the promoter is required to support any claims regarding earnings or profits with written documentation.

Pyramids don't pay. StormPay Inc. and the Federal Trade Commission caution consumers about clubs or programs that promise quick money for recruiting new members. Don't bank on the pyramid promise that someone else will pay you. For more information on get-rich-quick schemes, visit the FTC at www.ftc.gov."

We know that the most prominent question in your mind is "What happens to the money I sent these programs?" Answer: At the moment any funds frozens in these merchant's accounts are frozen and not payable until all investigations are completed. At such time investigations are completed, any remaining funds will be released to the merchant's, or refunded to the purchasers, based on the outcome of the investigations. Please be aware if determination is made that these are ponzi schemes, a great deal of the funds received by these merchant's will have been used to pay obligations to those who joined earlier into the programs. In other words, they will have used your money to pay other members thus creating a deficit of funds needed to refund all users. Please be patient while investigators decide the best procedures for handling this serious situation. Contacting your credit issuers or banks requesting chargebacks only compounds the problems for all involved, including the merch! ants and their customers, and delays returns of any funds. These actions could also bepunishable by law.

StormPay will keep you updated of developments as information is available and allowed to be released.

StormPay Inc.

News from 12DailyPro

I am not sure if this is the end of 12DailyPro, see news from them:
Dear 12DailyPro Member,

We have recieved notice that a group of 12daily Pro members who are students at a Utah university have created and have been promoting a website to fellow students, that falsely claims we are investment opportunity and urging students to contact them if they want to place an investment with our company. They have also been handing out business cards with our name on them. These students may have also given the impression that we are a pyramind scheme of sorts, which we cannot in adctuality be beccause we offer only a simple one level referral program.

Our terms clearly state that 12dp is not an investment opportunity and we have never presented it as such.

It seems that there are multiple sites and groups of our members doing similiar things. This has created a very difficult situation for us. None of these things were approved or sanctioned by our program.

Due to questions being raised, we want to be proactive in cooperating with any authorities that may want to ask questions. We feel at this time, it is best that we stop accepting upgrade purchases while we attempt to prove to whoever may question, exactly what our business model is and is not.

We are unsure what this will mean for the future of the program, but we want you to know we will do our best to communicate what is happening to you. We will also be formulating a refund strategy should that become necessary.

Our funds remain frozen with StormPay so we have no idea at this point how long that refund process will take.

Please know we are going to do all we can to prove that all we have done here is offer people a effective way to promote their online businesses and earn by engaging with the advertising of other members.

We will post news items as we have more information. Should the site need to be taken down for any reason as a result of these matters, you can still contact us by fax if needed. 1-866-308-0133

As I have supported and worked for you all over the past 10 months, I hope that I can count on your support in this matter as well.

Thank you.

Goldcoder Script Backdoor

Goldcoder script not used by scammers, but they are also gotten scammed by the Goldcoder itself, source New Navigator.
I found a very nice script cleanup from Ferni of hyiprisk
The GoldCoder Backdoor script that everyone is toking about. Wtf is it? Here we have an answer from Ferni. It is a backdoor script that help the admin of Goldcoder check if a particular GoldCoder script is licensed!

So what the admin of goldcoder did was to reset the statistic and do nasty table deleting on those unlicensed goldcoder script that some HYIP admin are using. This forced many HYIP admin to run with your money. To all goldcoder script admin owner - Please check your script. Go to index.php and delete the follow…

Pecuniae-Collocator comment: I, of course, deleted code, because I’m no experienced in it, and I don’t think that you, dear readers are experienced in it. By the way, it’s not the first message concerning Goldcoders administration hacks. The last who mentioned it was poor 5DayFunds, so it was reasonable. And not to hear then “I was robbed via backdor”, you have to invest only in programs that worked out their script independently!

Latest News Regarding Payment Processors From DadnDaves

In sync with 12daily, DadnDaves also has Stormpay disabled by StormPay, see news:

Stormpay: The very latest. As most of you are aware by now, Stormpay has today suspended the accounts of many Autosurf programs. Despite the fact that dadndaves is not breaking any stormpay rules, we are the latest victim of this outrage. If you have requested a cashout to Stormpay, you will need to change your payout details and submit another request to a different processor. The options currently available are Paypal and e-gold. I will continue with payouts in the order they have been received, and as the funds are depleted in these alternate processors, will be adding further funds as required from my bank account. Everybody who is entitled to be paid for January earnings will be paid. I cannot elaborate any further until I get more details of exactly what is going on, but I can assure you payouts will continue. Please do not email me about this matter. I will share any information I have with you all as it comes to hand.

More News.......please read

Stormpay.
As stated on the front page, dadndaves is not a "commission based business model" and as such is not restricted by the policy changes that have occurred at Stormpay. I do not agree with the decision Stormpay have taken, but I certainly agree with their reasons for it. Many of you will have already noticed reversals of your referral commission due to chargebacks and fraudulent transactions. Over the next month or so these criminals will be weeded out, and will no longer be able to avail themselves of the services of dadndaves. Until that time, some of you may notice that your payment amount is less than your cashout request, and you may have to wait a little longer to be paid your referral commissions. Some members will also be asked to wait 60 days before they are eligible for payment. (If you fit into that category you will be contacted by email) Previously I have dealt with these matters on a case by case basis, but the prevalence of it in the last 3 weeks has forced me to take stronger action. This policy will only affect a small minority of members, as the vast majority of you are honest members, and we cannot allow the actions of a few to undermine the success of dadndaves. I would estimate that by the end of February, it will no longer be necessary to implement these steps.

Paypal. The above paragraph also relates to some Paypal transactions. The other problem I have with Paypal at the moment is the vast number of e-cheques I am receiving. These create a logistical nightmare, and I would prefer that members do not use this facility. For those of you who are unfamiliar with e-cheques, if you make an upgrade from your bank balance, the payment is forwarded to me as an e-cheque and there is a waiting time of about 4-5 days before the funds are cleared. I receive a notice from Paypal when the "pending" e-cheque has been sent and the upgrade is automatically added to your account. I then receive another notice from Paypal when the e-cheque has cleared and the upgrade is automatically added to your account again. This means I have to manually reverse one of these transactions, and any referral commission associated with it. As you can see this creates a lot of unnecessary work, so I would ask you to please use your paypal balance or credit card for upgrades.

E-gold. None of the above applies to e-gold transactions.

News from 12Daily Regarding Stormpay

It seems like StormPay Has disable payment for 12Daily, see news:

We have done some additional research and as you may have noticed, we have come to some decisions regarding our current issues with Stormpay.

We did everything we could to meet and live up to StormPay's blackmail attempts on Monday. We removed EMO, a payment processor with who we have a very solid relationship. At StormPay's demand, we completely eliminated all choice for our members of payment processors and put our business in a very difficult postition. After all of that, it seems that we have been betrayed.

The existance of 12daily Pro has profited StormPay over the course of the months perhaps more than any other of their clients or users combined. They seem to now have a problem with autosurf; we find it curious that they didn't have a problem with taking our money. We have learned that StormPay has suspended many other autosurfs as well witin the past couple of days. It appears they may also be sending out libelous answers to members questions about why we were suspended.

We want to let you know that we have decided to become proactive in this matter, after a full day has passed with no explanation from them of why our account has been suspended. Our attorney has submitted a letter to their attorney via email explaining our postion and requesting a response. Barring a legitimate explanation by Stormpay within a timely manner, we will be filing immediate legal action to recover all our funds by legal force if necessary so we can meet our responsibilities to all of our StormPay members in a timely fashion. We will update you on the progress of this matter. We promise to fight them to the death for money that rightfully belongs to you and us.

In the meantime, since our account has been locked, we cannot at this time make any StormPay payments. We also have been denied by StormPay the withdrawal of funds that we earmarked for the funding of our EMO account. So, this evening we will have to weigh a lot of factors in determining how we will structure a recovery plan for our Stormpay funds as well as determine an ammeanable and fair payment schedule for all members with currently pending withdrawals.

We will have some answers for you on this by midday tomorrow.

In the meantime, we have enabled EMO upgrades again, staff will be focusing on support tickets and the launch of the new program hopefully later tomorrow.

We need you all to understand that this is a very difficult situation which we never could have predicted. There will be a lot of change and uncertainty in the coming days. But know we are doing all we can to insure that StormPay does not bring this program down nor take advantage of members that we have spent months caring for.

We completely understand that you are all concerned as we are as well. We ask for your support and patience at this time. Rest assured we are here working our butts off for you. You can help by not creating more work by staff with support tickets about these issues. We will update the membership as a whole as developments arise in the member news area, so please check it often for new postings.

We will not let anyone destroy this program that our staff and all of you have worked so hard to build.

NOW is the time when we PROVE we are pros!

Education in choosing your next investment

To investing in the HYIP world, it is worth while to educate yourself to improve your earning probabilities. My key to winning in HYIPs is diversification. Here is the contribution by John Mulhollem, admin of answerstoyourquestions.com and everythingunderoneroof.org
Education in choosing your next investment:
-------------------------------------------

There's a lot to be said about the arena that many of us dabble in. To some of us it's a playground, to some of us it's a serious game of poker. No matter what your personality or motives are, no one enjoys losing money.

I believe that's a common factor that binds us all into one group. The problem is that too many really don't know enough about playing in this everchanging world. Keva and I were recently discussing this topic, when I asked him if he would be willing to post this thread if I was willing to write it.

Hyips, Hyis, PPPs, surfs, managed accounts, gold games - these are all part of the world we currently play in. Many of you already know, either by personal experience, or by hearing or seeing it, that about 98% of the programs out there today are either a scam, a ponzi or a program that is poorly managed. If you don't enjoy losing your money, this is obviously a landmine to do just that.

The question remains, how do I find the 2%? These programs that will make me money, where are they? The only way I can answer that, is to tell you they are there. It takes an immence amount of time and effort to find them but they are there and the rewards are absolutely gratifying.

I have come up in this business the hard way. When I started, I didn't know my a$$ from a hole in the ground. I very quickly learned just how fast my money could disappear. I played small amounts but it added up in time. One day, I came across a program, that I thought was the real deal. I put a lot of money in it, money I DIDN'T have to lose. Guess what, I lost it. Every penny, I lost it. That was a turning point for me. I swore then, that I would never fall into a trap like that again and to this day, I haven't.

I knew the time was now, that I either got educated, or walk away. Take a guess what I did......

Looking back now, I see a divided line. Two paths one can take. One is the easy road, one is the hard road. They both have their rewards; what you need to do is choose one of these two roads.

Road 1. Self education.

Self education is without a doubt, a very long hard road. It's full of pitfalls and at times, you can never see the light at the end of the tunnel. It involves getting into hyip watch groups and finding solid referral sites. Notice I didn't say MONITORING sites.

The biggest trap that most fall into is greed. If you're a greedy person or desperate, stay far away from this world.
If you can clear your mind, be objective and stick with a plan that involves a large diversification across a number of good solid programs, then and only then, will you make some money. Finding good programs takes time and effort but most of all, patience. Build a solid protfolio of no less than 15-20 programs. Look for programs that are transparent, programs that supply good DD and programs that have many
trusted people recommending them, specifically people that are well known in the hyip arena. Don't go looking for programs in hyip monitoring sites. While there are a few decent programs there, it's very hard to judge which ones can go the distance. Not only that, you can be tempted by programs that claim to pay out these unbelieveable percentages.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. You may get lucky now and then but I guarantee you, you will lose in the end. By educating yourself, you can expect to find solid programs that pay from 1% a week, to 40% plus a month.

Road 2. Trusted diversified programs. If you not someone who wants to spend a lot of time, searching and digging for these solid programs, you may want to consider sites that use diversification for your deposits. There are a few solid ones out there and chances are someone in an good hyip group could point you to them. These are sites, that don't normally pay outstanding returns but they are usually somewhat safe because of the fact that they do diversify.

Let me give you an example. If you heard about the forex market and how much money you could make there, you would do one of two things. You could take the time and effort to learn it or you could give it to a trader that already has the knowledge and experience to trade for you. You will make less in returns if he trades for you but your money is safer with him because you dont have the knowledge to do it yourself. It is the same in the hyip arena. Sites that offer a diversification of your deposits take a cut because of the time and effort they have put forth to educate themselves.

By utilizing these diversified programs, you can expect to make anywhere from 1% a week to 25% plus a month.

If you decide to go the path of doing it on your own, here are a few good rules to go by.

1. Check the IP number against a good scam list.
2. Always email the administrator and ask questions and don't be afraid to ask the hard questions. Sometimes their answers will tell you exactly what they are. Check out their answers to see if they are telling you the truth.
3. Look for recommended programs that others trust.
Now, Im not talking about 1 person, I'm talking about several people, experienced people.
4. Look for how long the program has been running.
Don't be fooled if they say they've been around for years, and only been on the web for a short amount of time. There is seldom any truth to this.
5. Check their forums and their feedback.
6. Check public forums to see what people are saying about them.
7. Look to see if their payout percentage is realistic.
Over 3% daily is pushing it.
8. Don't fall in love with a program.
9. Get your principle out asap.
10. Watch for any changes that could be displaying warning signs.
11. Try to go after programs that have been around at least 6 month to a year.
12. Always use a test spend before putting larger amounts of money in.
13. Never reinvest your principle.
14. Spread you money around evenly, across different programs.
Do not target just high paying programs.
15. Is the site NetIBA certified?
16. Is what they are offering make sense?
17. Always read everything on the site. Some create loopholes to give an excuse not to pay you.
18. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose, no matter how good it looks.
19. Get into as many watch groups as possible that monitor these sites performances and watch them like a hawk.
20. Stay away from hyip monitors.
21. DIVERSIFY, DIVERSIFY, DIVERSIFY! 15-20 programs or more.
