We have received already many support requests so is important to clarify.

1. All services related and involving gold e-currency are now managed from the "Gold Excgange" section. This meanse that the previous pages, Add money and Remove Money do not include Gold ecurrencies transactions anymore.

2. To buy or sell right now or exchange gold ecurrncies starting from August 8 you have to:

- Logi into your account
- Click in the red top bar navigation on the link "Gold Exchange"
- Chosose buy Gold or Sell Gold or Exchange Gold and process your transaction.

3. It is important to UNDERLINE that, TO COMPLY WITH THE ANTI MONEY LAUNDRY AND ANTI TERRORISM INTERNATIONAL LEGISLATIONS STARTING 1 AUGUST 2006 WE HAVE ENFORCED OUR CONTROLS.

WE WILL ACCEPT ONLY DEPOSIT COMING FROM DULY REGISTERED AND VERIFIED BANK ACCOUNTS.
EVERY DEPOSIT COMING FROM A NOT REGISTERED BANK ACCOUNTS WILL BE REVERTED LESS A $ 50 FEE.

WE WILL PROVIDE DOMESTIC DEPOSITS OR INTERNATIONAL WIRE TRANSFERS ONLY TO DULY REGISTERED AND VERIFIED BANK ACCOUNT.

As a consequence of the above, that come out of our control, but should be enforced in rspect of the law Gold Exchange services are now allowed only to "Verified or Certified" members.

It is no difficult to become verified and require just a few minutes, specially or he many valued members that ar already at basic level.

Basic Level:
- Receive/send money from/to other AsianPay's members.

AsianPay Payments require in this case:

(a) copy of an ID documents (passport ,or driving license, or national ID)
(b) copy of an utility bill (not older than 2 months) as proof of residence.

Verified Level:
- Receive/send money from/to other AsianPay's members.
- Deposit to your AsianPay's account via International WIRE, ATM or Bank Deposit in Thailand.
- Withdraw by International WIRE, Bank Counter Deposit in Thailand or to Debit Card (available soon).
- Use of merchant tools
- Use of the e-currency exchange service

AsianPay Payments require in this case
(a) copy of an ID documents (passport, or driving license, or national ID)
(b) copy of an utility bill (not older than 2 months) as proof of residence.
(c) copy of the bank statement as proof of the ownership of the bank account

Already basic members have just to login, on the first page in the left box near Bank Account click "Add" and register their bank account. Then use our verification page to upload copy of the last bank Statement or of their saving book and in not more then 24 hours the verification will be completed and the services available.
