New Merchants' Account And Merchants' Tools From AsianPay

Now anybody can setup a merchant account with AsianPay if you are legitimate. Unlike other payment system, it is not required to have identity verified. The AsianPay way will ensure the merchant is valid and provide less chance of having its members being scammed. Here is the news from AsianPay:

Merchants' Account And Merchants' Tools

This Update is strictly related to the use of our "Payment Buttons" and to explain
to our Membership Base why we strongly believe there is the need of Asianpay
in the Internet Payment Processor Business.

1. Who is allowed to use our Merchants' Tools

Any Asianpay Member at least at verified level.

2. How to start to use the merchant tools

Login in your account, click on "Merchant Tools" inside the right suqared box named "History And Tools".

If it is the first time you do that you will be prompted to register the web site you want to use to accept "Asianpay payments". Plase allow us to remind that ONE ONLY WEB SITE
is allowed for each account you have opened under your Asianpay Payments Profile.

Our team will receive your information and review your web site and approve it within 24 hours.

You will receive an email with our approval confirmation.

From that moment you will be able to implement "Asianpay Payments" in your pages using any of the many different tools we offer, from Single Buy Now Button, to Subscriptions Buttons, Donations Buttons, Third Parties Shopping cart Buttons, or our built in Shopping Cart System.

3. Few Merchant Rules

Accordingly to the latest rules regarding Money Laundering and to the basic rule "Know Your Customer" only registered web sites will be allowed to process transactions using our "Buttons".

The system will automatically check, when a button has been clicked, if the web site sending the payment request has been registered and approved.

You are not allowed to place buttons on a domain different from the one you registered. The system will not allow
the payment.

4. Acceptance of Credit Cards Transactions

Our Merchant will be able to accept Credit Cards payments from their buyers provided that:

A - Their buyer is already an Asianpay member at certified level and has already completed the Credit card certification.
B - The Buyer is not a member yet and at payment time accept to open a free account, to provide the payment with his/her Credit Card accepting to abide by our TOS (User Agreement) and complete the Certification Steps within 72 hours from transaction time.

In both the above cases, to protect our merchants, the transaction will stay pending 72 hours.
This is the most important step to avoid ChargeBacks and to protect you against Fraudolent Transactions.

In case A, the transaction will be automatically completed after 72 hours from the system if no problem arise from the Credit Card issuing bank authorization

In Case B, we will manually complete the transaction as soon as the new member (buyer) will have completed
the certification process. If the Certification process will not be completed within 72 hours, the full transaction will be refunded including the Credit card transaction. No fee will be charged to the merchant for this type of reversal.

Both buyer and seller will be fully update about the above conditions and about the transaction status in our
Notification Emails.

We strongly suggest our Merchants to NOT provide the delivery of any good or service sold until the transaction
will be marked from us as completed.

5. Merchants' Options

When registering your web site to be allowed to use our tools you have two outstanding marketing options
to boost your sales using Asianpay Payments.

A - You can establish a discount on your sale prices to be offered to asianpay members holding
The Asianpay Member Secure Card. The discount settled by you in the registration form will be automatically
displayed to the members in the first payment page and automaticaaly applied to the transaction

B - You can choose, in case of Credit card payment, if to let you buyer to pay for Credit card transaction charges or absorb
these charges on your side. This could be an interesting marketing tool. To recalculate your sale price with a slight adjustment and offer to your buyers a free of charge Credit card transaction is absolutely a win-win situation.
