Is this a warning from DFII?

It came to my attention that one of the users from Hyipinvestment discussion group mentions something that maybe a warning for us regarding DFII. One sentence caught our attention is that "many customers provide wrong e-gold account number or blocked e-gold account these days". Does this mean, "they scam people's money away and give out excuses?" Please take note on it. Here is the exact message sent out a few days ago.
Dear DFII customers,

We want to inform you again to submit proper withdrawal request because many customers provide wrong e-gold account number or blocked e-gold account these days. Our customer team has sent email notification to them and asks for correct withdrawal information, unfortunately, some customers didn't reply us at all. More than $2,000 withdrawal amount in total is still left pending on DFII investment platform due to improper withdrawal information. To processed your request quickly, we have to cancel
these withdrawal request, the customers who have pending withdrawal more than 48 hours, please login in your DFII account, check transaction history out and confirm to cancel the transaction record, the withdraw amount will be credited to your account balance back automatically in the mean time, so please keep in mind to provide accurate withdrawal information each time when you withdraw.

Recently, some customers inquire us whether we will delay payment in the future. We would like to let you know we processed all payments within 2 days as always, normally it will be processed within hours, furthermore, we do not charge any fee when you withdraw or redeem project units, and there is no Minimum/Maximum withdrawal limit too. We sincerely hope you enjoy the service we offered.

We are here to assist you with any question you may have, please contact us via Ticket system to get fast response.

Sincerely,
Eric
