These are just administrative changes ( The Singapore Company is a Subsidiary of
AsianPay Co. Ltd.) that have not involved particular changes to the offered services.

AsianPay Payments stay as the most innovative payment processor system offering
AsianPay custom-branded debit cards solution, a full set of Payment Buttons to enable
merchants to accept payments on their web sites and will offer again also Credit cards payments.

When you login in your account area you still will see the 2 links at the top to our 2 complementary businesses: The Gold Exchange Services and The Investors Corner
Of course these businesses have been moved to 2 brand new web sites and all the
members can access these web sites from the links mentioned above or directly
from the web sites URL's.

YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD OR MEMBER CARD CODES ARE THE SAME AS PER YOUR ASIANPAY PAYMENTS LOGIN

2. Gold Exchange ( https://www.thailandgoldexchange.com )

It stays under Asianpay Co. Ltd. direct ownership

No changes in the options offered , no changes to the fees or special fees, no changes to our policy and Terms & Conditions but just some adjustment in the options offered.

All the options listed here below have been already implemented or will be implemented completely in the next 48 hours

Our members will be allowed the following actions:

- Buy e-gold or e-bullion (gold or e-currency USD) from:

Thailand ATM deposits
Thailand Counter Deposits
Thailand Bill Payment deposits
International WIRE transfers
AsianPay Payments (if they have money in their AsianPay balance).

- Sell e-gold value or e-bullion (gold or e-currency USD) value requesting any of the followings:
Thailand Domestic deposit
International WIRE transfer
Deposit to their AsianPay Payments Account.

- Exchange e-gold to e-bullion (gold or e-currency USD) or e-bullion (gold or e-currency USD) to e-gold.

We do not plan to add more e-currencies at the present time.

3. The Investors Corner ( https://www.theinvestorscorner.com )

It stays under Asianpay Co. Ltd. direct ownership.

Our members will be allowed to subscribe new plans directly depositing from:
Thailand Bank
Thailand ATM
Thailand Bill payment online system
International WIRE
( in these cases the subscribed plan will be activated when we have confirmation from the bank the money has been received)

e-gold, e-bullion or AsianPay Payment deposits
( plan activated in real time)

Available balance in the new Investors Corner web site
( plan activated in real time)

Starting the new web site, daily profts and principals will be credited to a new balance in the new web site and members will have the following withdrawal options:

- to Thailand Banks by Direct deposit
- to International Banks by WIRE
- to their AsianPay Payments Account
- to e-gold
- to e-bullion
