Is HYIP Back in Favor?

With the US stocks market in turmoil, maybe HYIP is back in fashion. Here are the reasons why:

1. Stocks are in bear market, no stocks should be purchased until the pattern changes.
2. CD yields are low.
3. Maybe some gambling money can be deployed (same as buying stocks and sinking after purchased), but at least HYIP can make some quick money.
   

As far as I am concerned, even I leave the money in e-gold, it may still go up because the price of gold is still in the uptrend.

Spacehyip Review - A Scam Site Warning

After Minvestment went under, I started my own search on what my next HYIP to get into. As I looked around and evaluate different options, and I found this interesting HYIP called Spacehyip, (IP: 209.190.4.162) started early January.

The site is paying up to 5% depending on the investing amount. based on the payout ratio and start day, and number of accounts created, I was thinking this one might look interesting. Here is the payout ratio on the site:

Moon Plan $4,001 and more 3.50

for 100 days
Mars Plan $500 - $5,000 5.00

As I plan to deposit my money to the program, I got value limit message from e-gold.

This looks like a warning for another scam site to be. It is better to avoid this one. Here is another interesting fact about the site. It is from Tehran, Iran:

BricsFund Status Update

After several weeks of investing in BricsFund, I finally request my first interest withdraw. As expected from many monitor sites and discussion groups, I did received my first payment in e-gold within 24 hours.

That certainly boosts my confidence in the program. Since the payout rate is relative low as compared to others, I would expect it should last at least a few months from now.

Are There Any Signals or Warning Signs to Failing HYIPs?

After the popular Minvestment failed the past few days, I am sure that many HYIP investors will ask the same the questions, "are there any signals or warning signs to failing HYIPs or becoming scam sites?" As a matter of fact, I have noticed a few traits before they failed.

These signals or warning signs are:
1. Sites are not accessible for a day or two, complaining about DDOS-Attack or whatever the problem is. In the case of Minvestment, it was down for about 2 days.
2. The program no longer accepts one payment processor. In the case of Minvestmetn, it no longer accepts E-bullion, a widely used payment processor.

These are just indicators for failure, but not a guarantee of actual failing, but I would pay a little more attentions to the changes that may trigger something worse to come. In the mean time, keep in mind that only use your gambling money for HYIPs. Fortunately I am still able to make on HYIPs ever since I started 3 years ago. Happy investing!

Can HYIP Scammers be Caught?

Can HYIP Scammers be Caught? This is a very popular question asked by many HYIP investors. The simplest answer is almost 99% of them went away without being caught. As long as greed, and there are people wants the quick fat returns, there will be scammers and HYIPs. Minvestment is a prime example of it. The only well-known HYIP is caught by the regulator is 12dailypro. Even the the famous Prime Fund is gone without trace. The best we can do is to do the following:
1. report the problem to e-gold to block its funding;
2. report it to the internet authority;
3. log its IP for future references (I have many IPs being logged on my blog, if you search the IP I have accumulated on my blog)

I have been a HYIP investors for over 3 years now. Fortunately, I was able to make profit from it throughout the years. The keys in winning HYIP are:
1. Diversify (sooner or later all of them will go away), over 95% of them are scammers.
2. Stick with the one that are paying currently
3. Check their IPs before investing
4. Stay away from the highest paying rate ones (200% per day)
5. If it is over 2 years old, it is about time to fold
6. 3 - 6 months payment HYIPs are the best to get into
7. Get your principles out ASAP (no compounding until your initial principle is back)

The best bet is investing in stocks, HYIPs should be your gambling money to use.

Is Minvestment Gone for Good?

With the site down most of the time yesterday, no IP was able to picked neither. It was down briefly in the past, but it was able to recover after a day later. Will we have the same fortune as before? Nobody knows except Minvestment. I suspect this time could be real. Most likely (99%) chance being a goner. It has been around for too long now.

I was able to track down its old IP thru my logs, 72.20.16.178. This definitely will be declared as a scam site after it no longer pays us, I am included for the pending payment. Perhaps my users can provide inputs to this site too.

Polexinvest / Polex-invest Updates

After 20 days of investment deposit into the Polexinvest program, I got my first payment from them today. The program is not bad at all. 200% including your principle within 20 days. But the question is how long can they last? Since Polexinvest is relatively new, I would expect it to last another 2 cycles before it closes out. The key is do not be greedy. once you get the earning, invest only the interests you got from them, in that case, you can still have your original money back.

After searching around, I finally found the site again because of the name changes due to DDOS attack in the past weeks according to Polexinvest. Tradeglobal is a HYIP investment program that pays up to 150% per day depending on the amount you invested. Obviously this is a trap, how can any program can pay you this much in such a short period of time. For a small amount if you are willing to gamble, they may pay you. But anything over $100 is definitely gone after you deposit into it. Stay sway from these kinds of high payout program with amount larger than $100. Try your luck with small amount only if you are willing. The IP for the program is 72.18.133.210. This domain name was first seen in June 2004. Obviously it was folded and Tradeglobal get it now. Polexinvest Review

PolexInvest looks quite interesting. Why? This reminds me of the several of the well-known doublers in the yesteryears, most of these doublers are 30 or 45 days plus or minus a few days. Many of these doublers did survive for over 6 months, some even survived about 1 year. In another word, this looks quite promising, because it is about couple months old.
