2WeekSurf sent out a message 2 days ago regarding upgrading problem, could that be the forth telling of the problem, see message:
Yesterday, lot of our members could not upgrade, as our payment processor e-gold received a complain from a member that we were not making our payment obligation on time. Hence, we were not able to receive money but, we can make payouts. However, we are in the process of verifying ourselves with e-gold. In the mean time, we have created a new e-gold account so the members can upgrade.
We have fixed the script, so today onwards we will make full payouts,which means, upgrades expiring today onwards will be paid in full.
The members who received partial cashouts in the last 4 days will be paid out soon. Our programmer was not able to write a code that can automatically place cashout requests. So we have to do it manually and so it will take time. We have to manually debit the cash balance from each and every account and place a cashout request for that amount which was not paid out earlier. So please give us some time to do so. We will try to complete it before the weekend ends. We are extremely sorry for the
delay! Please do not send any support tickets regarding this issue.
According to our technical staff some of this trouble started; when we were in the process of transferring to the dedicated server. Due to server overload, we devised a one click surf button; which may have caused the problems. The script which we used to compensate the members for 9th and 10th also had a similar problem.
We would also like to request our members not to complain to our payment processor unnecessarily. We have been making same day payouts since 15th october. So there is no reason for complaining.
