Changes :-
1. Each member can have up multiple accounts but member level of 1st account must be greater than 2nd account. (effective from today)2. Payout might be delayed 2-3 days for suspicious accounts. (effective from today)
3. A deposit fee (5%) will be charged for members who purchase upgrade units. (will announce)
4. A withdrawal fee (5%) will be charged for members who request cash out. (will announce)
