"The Go Public Project".

We start from here because this project is the main reason for all the changes.

AsianPay Co. Ltd Board Of Directors has the intention to bring the Company to change its status from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company.

This does not mean to be listed right away in any Stock Exchange, but this is something that will be a possible consequence later on, but means to change deeply The Company Aspect in front of Government Agencies and to prepare further development in the business that can not be done in Thailand without a Public Limited Company registration.
